    Returns

    We have a 30-day, "no questions asked" return window starting the day your order is delivered. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please email a return request within 30 days after receiving your products.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To initiate a return please contact us at support@nexstand.eu and reference your order name and number.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    Refunds

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    1 Year Warranty

    Nexstand warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship within 1 year of the purchase date.

    We will issue a full refund in the case of a faulty product within 1 year of receipt.

    Can I use the keyboard with a Mac device?

    The BASE12 keyboard and mouse can be used with both Windows and Mac OS. Please ensure to set the keyboard to English UK. There are some slight layout differences between Mac and Windows OS.

    Here are some notes on how the BASE12 keyboard keys relate to the Mac keyboard layout.

    1. The ‘win’ key is the equivalent key to the ‘command’ key on Mac, it can be used for cut and pasting etc.

    2. The ‘Alt’ key is the equivalent key to the ‘options’ key on a Mac - One of the most common uses for Option (or Alt) on a Mac is to type symbols and accent marks such as å, ß, ∂ and µ. 

    3. The ‘ctrl’ key remains the ‘control’ key on Mac-  on Mac it is primarily used for helping you “right-click”

    4. The Fn key works in combination with F1-F12 to control sounds and play etc.
