Refund policy

We’re delighted to have you as a customer at Nexstand™. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day returns policy from the date you receive your order on eligible products purchased directly from our store.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and inserts must be included
  • The product must not be damaged, altered, or modified
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

How to Request a Return (Self-Service)

We offer self-service returns to make the process quicker and easier.

If you have a customer account

You can request a return directly through your account:

  1. Log in to your Nexstand customer account at
    https://nexstand.io/account
  2. Select the order you wish to return
  3. Click Request return and choose the item(s) and reason
  4. Submit your request for review

If you checked out as a guest

Please contact us at support@nexstand.io with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll assist you.

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Return Approval & Shipping

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions by email.

Return shipping is handled by region as follows:

  • United States:
    A prepaid return label is provided at no cost once the return is approved.
  • United Kingdom:
    Returns are sent to a Freepost return address, at no cost to the customer.
  • European Union:
    We arrange a courier pickup at our cost once the return is approved.

Please do not send items back without an approved return request.

Refunds

  • Returned items are inspected upon receipt
  • Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days of inspection
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been received and approved.

Exceptions & Refusals

We reserve the right to refuse or deny returns if:

  • The return request is submitted outside the 30-day window
  • The item does not meet eligibility requirements
  • The product is returned without prior approval
