30-Day Returns Policy

- The product must be in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
- The product should not have been damaged or altered in any way.
- The product should be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

- Provide our customer support team with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number if required.
- Package the product securely, including all original accessories and packaging, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the product back to our address provided by our customer support team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
- If the returned product is eligible for a refund, we will process it within 3 days of receiving the product. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above or if the return process is not followed accordingly.
