We are a fully remote company looking for a motivated and fast-paced VA to handle content writing, customer support, and social media management.
Initially, a part-time position, if successful and we find that we’re the right fit for each other, then we will offer a full-time position.
This is a long-term opportunity. Most importantly, we want someone ambitious who wants to continuously learn and improve their skills and have fun whilst doing it 😊
We are a fast-growing E-commerce company managing several brands and product ranges, started on Amazon but are now diversifying and managing our traffic.
- Organised with good communication skills.
- Good English. Having the ability to write good copy with correct grammar is important.
- Experience in using basic tech applications or being a fast learner (google docs, slack, notion, Hootsuite, google drive, Amazon seller central useful but not essential etc.)
- Ability to write a 700-1000 word article in under 4 hours. Article outline and keywords will be provided.
Your role will be to handle:
- Customer support
- Content writing for blogs
- Social media management
- Order management
- Dealing with inbound email enquiries from leads
- Adhoc simple administrative tasks
- You should be responsive and available between the hours of 0900- 17:00SAST from Monday to Friday. Plus Saturday 30 minutes are required to check for any urgent inbound customer support queries.
- Detail orientated
- You should be reliable and able to perform daily work on time.
