We are a fully remote company looking for a motivated and fast-paced VA to handle content writing, customer support, and social media management.

Initially, a part-time position, if successful and we find that we’re the right fit for each other, then we will offer a full-time position.

This is a long-term opportunity. Most importantly, we want someone ambitious who wants to continuously learn and improve their skills and have fun whilst doing it 😊

We are a fast-growing E-commerce company managing several brands and product ranges, started on Amazon but are now diversifying and managing our traffic.


  1. Organised with good communication skills.
  2. Good English. Having the ability to write good copy with correct grammar is important.
  3. Experience in using basic tech applications or being a fast learner (google docs, slack, notion, Hootsuite, google drive, Amazon seller central useful but not essential etc.)
  4. Ability to write a 700-1000 word article in under 4 hours. Article outline and keywords will be provided.

Your role will be to handle:

  • Customer support
  • Content writing for blogs
  • Social media management
  • Order management
  • Dealing with inbound email enquiries from leads
  • Adhoc simple administrative tasks


  • You should be responsive and available between the hours of 0900- 17:00SAST from Monday to Friday. Plus Saturday 30 minutes are required to check for any urgent inbound customer support queries.
  • Detail orientated
  • You should be reliable and able to perform daily work on time.
